  • As you might notice, our website uses https:// - this means that the information you see and enter into the website is secured from the point it leaves your device, right up until it reaches Scouts365 Servers. This protects you from criminals attempting to steal information through a man-in-the-middle attack.
  • To make you feel even more safe, our servers are fully password protected and have complete encrytion on them. All your information is converted into pieces of information that would take criminals hundreds (or even thousands) of years to crack. We guarantee this using our robust system of Military Grade Cybersecurity Encrytion.

Account Security:
Owing to the nature of our website, we are handling user information and personally identifiable/sensitive information regarding young people. We have implimented a system that allows the company (Scouts365 Ltd) to monitor where the website usage is originating from. This information is not manually reviewed by the Scouts365 Team and will only create an alert if there is an unexpected login into your account. For example, if you are London based and there is a seemingly random login from Glasgow, we would get an alert for manual review. You will get an email notification to say this login has happened; however in these circumstances we can view a snapshot of your events and calander to see if it was likely you visiting Glasgow for an event, in which case we will spare you the hassle of reading a pointless email from us.
