At Scouts365 we aim to ensure that all our products are made to the highest quality, however we know that regretably there are likely to be defective products that are sold to our customers.
Badges: Scouts365 sells many badges, are manually checked before distribution, however in the unlikely event that a defective badge is distributed, please notify us at cs@scouts365.org.uk and we will work through the problem with you, and will likely include sending replacements free of charge.
Badges: Scouts365 has the facilities to manufacture custom badges for our customers. If the badges do not match your order, and it is a manufacturing error, we will reproduce the badges free of charge. However, if the error is not the result on Scouts365 part, the error will only be repaired at the cost of the customer
Software: Scouts365 Software is designed and ran by a small team of avid computer engineers, so there is still the possibility of little bugs and imperfections that need to be fixed. As you can imagine there are so many different tasks the website does and there is going to be someone we didn’t see; so if you see something that we can fix, please email us at cs@scouts365.org.uk with details of the bug so we can get to work fixing them.
